Lecturing at Haifa University

A very interesting day in Haifa. Today I delivered the first of a series of lectures about the many implications of the law of the sea on strategic offshore developments in Israel. The lecture was delivered to MA students as part of the Masters Degree in National Security & Maritime Strategy program at Haifa University, and the Haifa Research Center for Maritime Policy and Strategy. Additional subject matter covered in this series included maritime border delimitation agreements, national and international oil & gas policies, deep water oil and gas field developments, cross-border oil and gas fields, unitisation & joint development agreements, and the benefits of shared infrastructure.
